SILVA TRAVEL IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ARE CROOKS test1

Silva Travel in southern California is incredibly crooked! They sell airline tickets on-line but BEWARE! The idiots sold us an airline ticket which could not be used because it had been voided by them. We had to buy another ticket at the airport from the airline which luckily had a last minute seat available. Then the Silva morons ignored our many requests for a refund for months. Dont use Silva unless you like burning money!

Vacation Escapes - Florida - Spokesperson: Ricardo Montalban test1

Signed up for the vacation, called hotels, and cruise line to verify the validity of the company. Got to Florida, went to pick up our "pre-paid" rental car, (we had even paid for an upgrade),Was told there was no car available, was sent to another car rental company and had to pay for 10 days worth of rental for which we were never reimbursed. I tried for months, contacting vacation escapes and was given the run around time and time again and have never received re-embursement - over $700.00!
