UNITED AIRLINES ABUSES CUSTOMERS, this is no way to run an Airline? test1

United Airlines Abuses Customers United Airlines lost my golf clubs. They cost $3500. They will not pay to have my clubs replaced. They said they pay the maxium of $1250 for any lost luggage. They will not even return my phone calls or respond to my faxs and letters. They act as if this problem does not exist.
