BUYER BEWARE ! MAIL ORDER CO. = www.Of-the-Month.com test1
I ordered a soup subscription last year (Christmas gift) for an elderly recluse . The soup has yet to arrive and all efforts to rectify (38 attempts in 11 months) have proven fuitless. My complaint: Misleading advertising/misrepresentation: The company web site continues to advertise soup subscriptions. However, to date, they have been unable to deliver on this claim. Unhonored guarantee: The company web site contains a customer guartantee that all problems will be taken care of within 48 hours. Although they are acutely aware of the problem, after 5 months, the problem still exists. Unsatisfactory service: Owners do not respond to emails and their phone often rings out. No remorse. Promises made but not kept. Lots of lip service.
